Thomas Amstutz

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Swiss Citizen

Since 1978 with Credit Suisse he has been holding a variety of management positions within Credit Suisse Group. In 1987, he was appointed Managing Director of CSFB Geneva, Head of Foreign Exchange / Precious Metals Options. Between 1991 and 1996 he held different positions within Credit Suisse in Zurich, before heading the Sales and Trading department in Frankfurt. In 1999 he was appointed Member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Private Banking and from August 2002 until December 2004 he was Member of the Executive Board of Credit Suisse Financial Services and Head of the Division Investment Management.

Thomas Amstutz holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the following listed Swiss investment companies: Absolute Invest Ltd., Zug and Absolute Private Equity Ltd., Zug.

Thomas Amstutz is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Absolute Investment Services Ltd., Zurich.

In addition he is Member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: Jade Invest SA, Neuchâtel, Tradejet AG, Zurich and FinOps AG, Zurich. Thomas Amstutz is further a Member of the investment advisory panel of Gemini Sammelstiftung, Zurich.

Hans Rudolf Zehnder

Hans Rudolf Zehnder graduated from the University of Zurich, holds a degree as lic. oec. publ. and an ISMP from Harvard Business School. He has been holding various management positions in investment banking in London and Frankfurt and was member of the management board at Volksbank.

Hans Rudolf Zehnder is Member of the Board of Directors of the following listed Swiss investment companies: Absolute Invest Ltd., Zug and Absolute Private Equity Ltd., Zug.

In addition he is Member of the Board of Directors of BaloiseBank SOBA, Solothurn.

Hans Rudolf Zehnder did not have any business connections with the Company or its Subsidiaries during the year under review.

Daniel Brupbacher

Member of the Board of Directors, Swiss Citizen

Daniel Brupbacher completed his bank apprenticeship at Credit Suisse in Horgen in 1979, and graduated from the Zurich Management School (business studies) in 1987 and from the Swiss Banking School in Zurich in 1991.

He previously held positions in areas such as foreign exchange (Credit Suisse, Zurich, 1979 – 1983, and Lloyds Bank International, Zurich, 1983 – 1985), and securities trading (UBS Zurich and New York, 1985 – 1990), and as Head of Stock Exchange Trading and Head of Investment Banking, Europe (Bank J. Vontobel, Zurich, 1990 – 1998).

In October 1999, he returned to Credit Suisse (as Head of Equities, Switzerland at Credit Suisse First Boston, Zurich, until 2001) and became Head of Investment Management and Member of the Executive Board in July, 2004. Since January 2006 he is Member of the Management Committee of the Asset Management division Credit Suisse, Zurich, and Head of Multi Asset Class Solutions.

In addition he serves as a member of the board of Credit Suisse Asset Management KAG, Frankfurt, Credit Suisse Asset Management Funds, Zurich, as well as president of Credit Suisse Anlagestiftung, Zurich, and as a member of the Index Commission of the SIX Swiss Exchange, Zurich.

Roland Müller-Ineichen

Member of the Board of Directors, Swiss citizen

Roland Müller-Ineichen is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant. He used to work in the Zurich office of KPMG from June 1995 as a Senior Manager and as a Partner from January 1999 until his retirement in December 2008 in the assurance department banking and financial services where he served as a lead partner on the audits of national and international Banks, Security Dealers and Fund Management Companies. Prior to KPGM, he progressed through various audit and managerial roles with Switzerland based financial institutions.

He is Member of the Board of Directors of Altisource Portfolio Solutions Ltd., Luxembourg, a Nasdaq listed company and of Absolute Private Equity Ltd., Zug, a Swiss listed investment company (since May 31, 2010).

In addition he is Member of the Board of Directors of Banca Arner Ltd., Lugano.
